Orgasm’s

It is true what they say – a woman reaches her sexual peak later in life.  And I think I finally understand what they mean.  I have become addicted to orgasm’s.

For those of you who don’t know how to identify an orgasm – look for the following signs:

In fact there are certain times of the year I orgasm more than others – typically around Easter time.  In fact I could orgasm multiple times a day during March and April each year.  This is typically brought on by my husband facilitating the process.
I get that look on my face – very similar to the look on Sally’s face in When Harry met Sally – except I am not faking it!
Now for all my girl friends out there – you could say I am probably visualising something like this:

But the truth is, I am a sucker for a man on a bike in a leather jacket.  So this would be more my style:

But this year I was blessed at having multiple orgasm’s in November as well.
You see we came across the UK Emporium in Boksburg the other day and they happen to have:
Now usually they are only available as:

But this year, they have rebranded them for Halloween so they have been available later on in the year as well.

Now there is nothing better than a Cadbury’s Creme Egg – They taste amazing.  I usually bite the top off …. and then gently stick my tongue in …. and lick out the filling …. before putting the rest of it in my mouth…..

So I have had the opportunity to have multiple …

in November as well this year!

Why I can’t say NO to my kids

This is the reason I cannot say NO to my kids…..

They have mastered this look and I have seen it a million times.  And after 23 years – I still cannot resist these eyes!

Yes my Boys have me very clearly wrapped around their little fingers and I love them dearly!

Too Darn Hot

I have really been struggling with the heat lately.  Cannot sleep at night and find myself “Sweating My Ass Off” all the time.  It is just too darn hot!

We have been having a heatwave in Joburg for a few weeks now and it is really taking its toll on me.  Son no 2 will reply to this blog stating that the heat here is nothing like they have in Dubai and I should be grateful.  However – they have Air-Conditioning there – in all their homes, in all their places of work and in all their shopping centres.  All I have here at home is a lousy fan which Hubby does not like being switched on because it makes him cough!

Hubby is in Bahrain at the moment – flew out last night and will be back tomorrow morning.  He had to do a presentation there today for a possible new project.  So I have taken advantage and done some general housekeeping in the office today.  Actually did my filing which I have not touched since March.  Maid washed the curtains and the windows in the office so I got out the old rags and wiped down all the PC’s / keyboards etc etc.  Also popped out to Vodacom to buy a new MICRO-SIM for my iPad.

I usually just tether my iPad to my iPhone as my iPad is usually on my wireless network.  But we have not had ADSL (or phone lines) for almost a week now – there was a cable break in our area and there is nothing one can do about it except to wait for them to reconnect it all again.  We have all been very frustrated over the last few days without being able to communicate with anyone – have not skyped with Son no 2 for a week now either.  Kids frustrated because they have not been able to play online games and doing business is challenging without ADSL or phone lines.

ADSL finally reconnected this afternoon (Yipee!), Hubby back tomorrow, so life will quickly get back to normal.

Flame of Democracy

Under strict instructions from Son no 2 to do a post today so have forced myself to sit down and write.

Been another busy week – such a huge relief to be busy though so won’t complain.  Was rather worried a few months ago when there was no work in sight.

I don’t usually like to comment on political matters but the leading political party in South Africa, the ANC, really surprised me today by suspending Julius Malema.  Political parties are like banks – they are all as bad / good as each other.  There has been so much controversy over Julius Malema lately and I must admit I think they have done the right thing.  The ANC has also shown that they can take control when necessary – so bonus points to them this time!

We are busy looking at installing a beam of light in one of the towers at Constitution Hill which is now home to our Constitutional Court.  Have a look at the following site for more information about our Constitutional Court : http://www.constitutionalcourt.org.za/site/thecourt/thebuilding.htm

This light will shine into the sky at night and represents the Flame of Democracy.  In fact there will be an actual flame burning 24 hours a day in the tower itself and the light will shine at night. The 10th of December marks the 15th anniversary of the signing of our constitution by our first president, Mr Nelson Mandela.

We tested one of the lights on Tuesday evening and took some photographs.  There will be 30 of these lights installed at the top of the tower to the left of the picture.  These lights will be switched on at an event on the 10th December 2011.

We had my brother and his family over for a traditional South African braai on Saturday.  Although my brother and I see each other a few times a month, we so seldom get to socialise together with our respective families.  It was so nice to see our kids all getting along so well.  We each have 4 children and the only one missing was son no 2 who of course is based in Dubai.

Son no 3 is now writing exams so I find myself doing so much more driving.  School run at 7am, then at 10.30am and then again at 3pm.  You won’t believe how much it interferes with my working hours.  Most of my work is done in the mornings in peace and quiet and of course that time is now interrupted by having to drop everything and do a school run in the middle of the morning.  Anyway – only 2 weeks of it left.

Joburg weather has been magnificent recently with temperatures of around 30 – 33 degrees.  Get to have a swim late afternoon with the kids – pool temp now at 32 degrees.  Feels like bath water – absolutely perfect!
