Had a sore throat yesterday. Dosed myself up last night. Woke up this morning feeling like crap.
Sore head / sore throat / sore ears / snot all over.
Did the usual morning ritual of work, bath, breakfast, school run. Back at my desk to take on the days challenges. By 11am I finally admitted I needed to lay down for awhile so I disappeared into my bedroom for and hour and a half and tried to have some rest.
During the hour and a half I had 64 emails, 3 phone calls, 1 delivery and my maid decided to spring clean my bathroom. Grrrrrrrrrr………….
Finally gave up!

I'm sorry you're feeling crappy. Drink lots of fluids! And take vitamin C! And eat chicken soup!I'm not sure what any of these things do, but TV has reliably informed me that they're all totally necessary when you're sick.
