I did a post a few weeks ago about the Flame of Democracy.  (Click here to view original post –  Flame of Democracy).

We are installaing 30 lights which will emit a beam of light into the Joburg sky.  The lights are being installed into Tower 2 of Constitution Hill.  The installation needs to be complete by the 10th December 2011 which marks 15 years since the signing of the South African Constitution.

They are almost finished with the installation and I thought I would show you some pictures I took last night.

More will follow in about 2 weeks time after the Flame of Democracy is officially lit by our President at an event on the 11th December.
